CargoBridge Chosen as Showcase Startup at Transport Innovation Forum 2025

Driving Digital & Green Logistics to the Next Level

We are proud to announce that CargoBridge has been selected as one of the new, high-potential startups invited to pitch and exhibit at the upcoming Transport Innovation Forum (TIF 2025) organized by the Transport Innovation Association (TIA).

About the Forum

The Transport Innovation Forum (TIF) is one of the Baltic region’s leading conferences for transport, logistics, mobility, and innovation. This year it will be held October 15–16, 2025 at LITEXPO in Vilnius (and online). (Litexpo.lt)
It brings together public authorities, business leaders, research institutions, tech innovators, and startups to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the sector: digitalization, AI, sustainable mobility, green hydrogen, autonomous transport, cybersecurity, and resilience in global trade.
The Forum also includes a Startup Pitch Session, exhibition zones, discussion panels, and the Green Mobility Awards. (Fienta)

This year, TIF’s themes are especially aligned with where logistics must go: digitalization, interoperability, sustainability, and decarbonization. Litexpo.lt
Two topics in particular – eFTI and CO₂ emissions – resonate deeply with our vision and roadmap.

eFTI: Digital Freight Transport Information

  • The eFTI initiative / regulation (electronic Freight Transport Information) aims to enable a harmonized digital exchange of freight transport data across the EU, reducing paperwork, increasing transparency, and strengthening cross-border logistics flows. efti4eu.eu
  • TIA itself is active in developing interoperable European-wide eFTI exchange environments and piloting logistics data exchange among stakeholders. Horizon Europe NCP Portal
  • At the Forum, eFTI4EU is confirmed to participate. This means discussion panels, case studies, and experimentation in eFTI deployment will be front and center. efti4eu.eu
  • For CargoBridge, this is a chance to position our product as ready for, or aligned with, the future eFTI regime: building integrations, APIs, data schemas, validation rules, and compliance-ready systems.

CO₂ Emissions & Decarbonization

  • The logistics and transport sectors are under increasing pressure to measure, report, and reduce CO₂ emissions, to meet EU climate targets and industry expectations.
  • TIA’s activities explicitly include “reducing CO₂ emissions in logistics chains through AI tools and digital solutions” as a core focus area. Horizon Europe NCP Portal
  • During the Forum, sustainable transport, green mobility, and e-mobility are among the key topics. Litexpo.lt
  • At our showcase, we plan to highlight features or modules in our product that help logistics operators track, optimize, model, or reduce emissions (e.g. route optimization, load planning, modal shift suggestions, real-time efficiency analytics).

Why This Matters for CargoBridge

Being selected as a showcasing startup is a validation of our vision and execution. Here’s what we aim to achieve:

  • Visibility before top decision-makers
This stage gives us exposure to ministers, transport authorities, logistics firms, investors, and thought leaders who drive policy and investment in transport innovation.
  • Direct feedback and validation
Pitching in front of sharp, domain-savvy experts will stress-test our value proposition, product roadmap, and competitive edge.
  • Partnership & pilot opportunities
We’ll be actively seeking collaborators from public agencies to logistics operators, to pilot new modules, integrate with city mobility systems or test sustainable transport solutions.
  • Investor conversations
Many Forum attendees include venture investors and innovation funding bodies. We intend to open doors for funding, grants or co-investment.
  • Brand positioning
It signals that CargoBridge is not just another IT company – we are innovators working at the intersection of transport, tech, and sustainability.

What This Adds to Our Strategy

Because of these digital & green dimensions, our participation is not just about exposure – it’s about alignment with the future regulatory and market environment.

  • Demonstrating readiness for eFTI compliance will resonate with public agencies, regulators, and forward-looking logistics operators.
  • Carbon-aware features give us a competitive edge: customers want not just cost savings, but sustainability credentials.
  • We can tap into EU funding, grants, or R&D collaboration streams aimed at digital & green logistics (where TIA is already active).
  • The conversations we initiate will often revolve around data interoperability, sustainability KPIs, logistics decarbonization roadmaps, and smart regulation and we want to be at that table.

Our Preparation & Strategy

To maximize our impact, here is how we are preparing:

  1. Refine the pitch
We’re crafting a crisp 3-minute presentation focusing on problem, solution, traction, business model, metrics, and roadmap.
  2. Live demo & visual assets
Where possible, we’ll bring a working demo or storyboard, plus visual materials and one-pagers for attendees.
  3. Targeted meeting plan
Using the Forum’s matchmaker tools, we’re pre-setting meetings with agencies, logistics firms, and investors of interest.
  4. Team mix
We’ll bring team members who are not only domain experts but also strong communicators – those who can answer technical and business Q&A with confidence.
  5. Follow-up discipline
After the Forum, we’ll categorize leads, send personalized follow-up, and propose concrete next steps immediately.

What Success Looks Like

Here are our targets for the Forum:

  • A pilot or collaboration with a public agency or logistics operator around eFTI integration / testing
  • A commitment or interest to use our solution to measure, model or reduce CO₂ emissions in a real logistics network
  • Strategic connections with EU projects, regulators or innovation funding bodies focusing on green & digital logistics
  • Positioning CargoBridge as a forward-looking, regulation-aligned, sustainability-conscious logistics technology brand
  • Useful insights or trend signals to feed into our roadmap

A Word to Our Network

To all our partners, clients, and contacts: if you are attending or connected with the transport, mobility or innovation communities, let’s talk. We want to use this Forum not just to present, but to engage deeply.

If you want to join us (as audience, networking, collaboration), drop us a message. We’d welcome a conversation.
