CargoBridge at Startup Fair Vilnius 2025

Where Logistics Meets Innovation

This October, Vilnius transforms into the beating heart of the Baltic startup ecosystem and CargoBridge will be right in the center of it. Startup Fair Vilnius is one of the region’s largest and most influential gatherings of entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, and ecosystem builders.

Why This Event Matters

  • Scale & Scope. With over 2,000 attendees, 450+ startups, and 430+ investors representing more than 65 countries, Startup Fair is not just local – it’s global.  It’s held at LITEXPO (Vilnius’s major exposition and conference center), giving it the physical scale and infrastructure to host big conversations and big deals.
  • Rich Program & Formats. The event features core-stage keynotes, panel discussions, pitch battles, side workshops, and networking zones (Match & Mingle, Pitch Pool, The Hive).  The famous Pitch Battle is a highlight: pre-selected startups get a chance to pitch live before a high-calibre audience of investors and decision-makers.
  • Ecosystem Impact. Startup Fair is a cornerstone for Baltic innovation. It helps emerging ventures gain visibility, form partnerships, attract capital and fosters cross-border collaboration in the region.

CargoBridge’s Objectives & Approach

For CargoBridge, attending isn’t just about presence – it’s strategic.

  1. Meet quality leads and partners. We’re on the lookout for promising tech startups in logistics, supply chain, AI, and green transport. These could become clients, collaborators, or pilot partners. We also hope to connect with accelerators, logistics tech funds, and corporates looking for supply chain innovation.
  2. Engage with investors and capital. Startup Fair attracts international VCs and angel groups. We intend to use this platform to surface our vision, showcase our traction, and seed conversations that might lead to investment or co-investment.
  3. Position CargoBridge at the tech frontier of logistics. The message we want to spread: we are more than freight forwarding. We are a technology-first logistics hub – automating, optimizing, integrating AI, enabling supply chain visibility. We want to turn heads.
  4. Learn, benchmark, and stay sharp. Even for us, there’s much to absorb – trends in AI, blockchain in supply chains, sustainability, new business models. Seeing what startups pitch gives insight into future disruptions we should prepare for.

Practical Tips (We’ll Use These Too)

  • Pre-schedule meetings. Use the B2Match or event matchmaking tools to book 1-on-1 slots before the event. That way, we don’t waste time hunting contacts.
  • Staff with mixed expertise. Bring team members who know both logistics domain and technology, tech-savvy folks who can talk APIs, integrations, AI, and business folks who can discuss ROI.
  • Pitch-ready materials. We must have a crisp corporate pitch deck, one-pager, demo (if possible), and be ready to field detailed questions.
  • Expand our network in side events. Founders breakfasts, investor dinners, informal meetups often yield the best conversations.
  • Follow up fast & smart. Post-event, we’ll classify leads, send personalized messages, propose next steps. No letting interest cool off.

What Success Looks Like

  • 20–30 meaningful meetings (not just business card exchanges)
  • At least 2–3 pilot or proof-of-concept opportunities with startups/tech companies
  • 1–2 serious investor warm leads
  • Visibility in media, ecosystem circles
  • Market intelligence: at least 5 ideas or tech trends to test internally

Conclusion

Startup Fair Vilnius 2025 is more than another event – it’s a convergence point for tomorrow’s business leaders, innovators, and capital. For CargoBridge, it’s a chance to raise our flag in the logistics-tech niche, to find partners who believe in modern supply chain as a tech industry, and to be part of an energetic environment pushing toward the future.

We look forward to connecting with founders, investors, ecosystem players and sharing in the energy and ambition of the Baltic tech scene.
